Let's get something out of the way right now, I'm not going to sit here and tell you that these are the greatest films of all time - that is not what I've made this page for at all. These are simply films that I enjoy watching over and over again. You may notice that a few of these pages have images only, this is due to the fact that I used to house other people's reviews here to demonstrate that others agreed with me... but I thought I'd pen my own thoughts. It's just taking some time to get around to all of them.

It's taken me many-a-year to compile this inventory and I made the decision very early on to split and divide the list into pre and post 1960's; this is mainly due to the fact that I believe films became less studio-based and directors were given more freedom & opportunities towards the latter half of the 20th Century.
